My first thought, there is no right, wrong definitive answer to safety gear. Understanding the problem though, is the route to better solutions.

S18, 16X and two Ninebot One E+ (don't ask :-)  )

EUC World app works for me on Android, but I think Darknessbot is the main contender for iPhone.

Wobbles - road surfaces particularly unexpected bumps, but that apply's to all of the above.
