Is it me or do all these new wheels seem to be getting taller.The looks of the wheel are ok but I do wonder how that front headlight/display unit will hold up in a crash
Yeah with the suspension you need that height to allow for the travel, so they are getting taller for sure.
They’ve come out and said that it has been specifically designed for off-road, haven’t they?
I guess that would be their justification for the high pedal/footplate position. I wonder if the ride height and suspension settings can be adjusted in some way? I guess that would be a feature buyers of this wheel would expect for the high price.
The looks are growing on me to be fair, of coarse the production model may be different and look even better, mechanically a strip down video would be nice to see.

I dont know. It looks cheap in production quality. It looks like the designers thought ‘let’s stick this bit here and bolt this bit there!’
Very overpriced, I think the S20 will blow this thing away.
I like the way that Begode are definitely trying to get away from the square toolbox casing style that characterises most of their output. I don’t think this emulation of the Kingsong look is quite there yet though, but it’s a great start!
Word is that it will be over priced..... with the Police hell bent on stealing our machinery these days, that could be a problem.
Where have the sleek elegance of the RS or the beautiful curves of the fat Nikola gone? Not everyone wants his outing as a mini Darth Vader :-) ... 1,800 WH - honestly? And those powerpads are a pain to the chins.
As long als those wheels are not legal on our roads, I don't want them to look like half a motorcycle ... people might think, that I cannot afford a whole one.

As Paul said above, the looks on first glance is not for me yet, but would like to see some more feedback on the ride and the suspension. There was some video where they spray the wheel down with water during what they called weatherproofing testing but then in a line below it say dont try this with yours. So I can only hope they can do a good wheel to win some people back. The price is also a kicker as you can get an EX with more range and more powerful motor for half the price.
