Is the message system hooked up to a third party DB... It may be the case that the third party is having an issue? Just a thought

Old Trapper there is no backup from my understanding. The developers have obviously done some form of ‘update’, entire platform will be forced to migrate to their new platform at some point..hopefully not soon as it will cost even more when they do.

oh, seems to be apprentice's work. Very unprofessional. I would not pay a penny for such bad software and a company disrespecting their customers and doing no backup. Usually CEO's of such companies go to prison for so badly handling the data, personal data, of others. Totally unacceptable. There is enough free open source bb-software out there.

By the way... today I had to do some research in older msgs and I can easily access them via direct link ... you may have noted that I do screenshots every now and then :-)

That said, some minutes ago I could access my msgs via bubble link on Homepage again. Seems to be solved
